Orbit Launchpad is a software interface to public smart contracts on a public blockchain. It is not a broker, exchange, custodian, bank or investment adviser. We do not hold your assets, execute trades on your behalf, or take the other side of your trades.
You keep control of your keys and your funds at all times. Every state-changing action is a transaction you sign in your own wallet. We cannot move, freeze, recover or reverse your assets, and we cannot reverse a transaction once it is broadcast.
Any wallet can create a token. A token appearing in Orbit Launchpad is not an endorsement, listing approval, audit or vetting of it by us. Token creators set their own supply, curve and creator tax, and may sell their own holdings at any time.
You are responsible for what you post. Do not post unlawful content, impersonate others, or spam. We may hide or remove content, flag or hide a token, or restrict a wallet from posting inside this interface.
Moderation is app-side only. It affects display and indexing in Orbit Launchpad. It never alters blockchain history, never touches on-chain state and never moves funds.
The interface is provided as-is and as-available. It may be unavailable, delayed, or show stale data — including because an RPC endpoint, indexer or database is unreachable. Data that is simulated on a given deployment is labelled as such in the interface. Availability of this website has no bearing on the availability of the underlying blockchain.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost assets, lost keys, market losses, smart-contract failures, third-party wallet or RPC failures, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this interface.
These terms may change. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the interface after a change means you accept the updated terms.
See the privacy notice for what is stored, and the documentation for how the mechanics work and what is live versus simulated on this deployment.
